Our mandate is to partner with unions and employee associations to provide responsible worker advocacy services. And we believe workers’ interests are best advanced when they are working collaboratively with employers to develop, implement and put into operation, progressive labour relations frameworks.

A “one-size-fits-all” approach promoted by many of today’s unions does not recognize the unique features that exist within every workplace.
