We promote a different way of doing employee advocacy. We help develop, implement and put into operation a labour relations framework that is customized to your workplace. Most importantly, that framework will promote:
- Mutual accountability between management and employees built on a foundation of mutual respect
- Effective communication in the workplace
- Creative dispute resolution options, and
- Access to industry leading health & welfare plans and retirement savings programs
A “one-size-fits-all” approach promoted by many of today’s unions does not recognize the unique features that exist within every workplace. We believe that each workplace has a distinct culture, unique competitive realities and different ways of getting the work done. These factors should be considered and reflected in the development of any programs, policies and procedures.
